Production times
Coven items are all one of a kind and will be shipped 1 to 5 days from purchase. If there are any changes being made to the size or length please consider this will take extra time but this would be discussed prior to purchase. . 

Shipping
All shipping is sent from NZ post and is tracked. Since Coven is all handmade to order we cannot be responsible for lost parcels. Once we have sent it out and you receive your tracking i cannot be held accountable for what happens after this. If you would like added insurance like signature for your parcel please get in contact BEFORE purchasing.

New Zealand is 1 to 3 working days, Australia is 3 to 10 working days and rest of the world can expect up to 4 weeks depending on the time of year. 

Custom Work
Please send an email to info@covenjewellery.com to enquire about custom work. Production time varies for every single commission. 

Please make sure to double check all sizes for rings and lengths for chain bracelets BEOFORE purchasing as there are no returns if something dosent fit. If your item is faulty or something breaks due to a manufacturing problem then returns are available to rectify the problem.
